E-Newsletter Design

E-Newsletter Design

Brief:

For the launch of a new game, I was asked to create a promotional e-newsletter as part of the marketing campaign. Within this same game e-newsletter, the company wanted to do one final push about the 'golden ticket' promotion currently running. The content provided was asking for this push to happen directly after the intro text of the new game.

Solution:

I discussed my concerns about interrupting the information about the new game so quickly in the newsletter, however it was confirmed we needed to work with this as is. I used engaging assets from the game, blended with exciting animations showing off features to keep the reader interested. I also used animation and custom icon designs to enhance the interest of the 'golden ticket' module. I separated it from the game information by placing it on a giant ticket shape. The result of this was one of the most interacted with e-newsletter sent out to date by the company.

Brief:

An e-newsletter was requested to promote the launch of a new game. I needed to catch the user's attention and keep it all the way through the content-heavy mailer.

Solution:

Utilising the assets provided for the game, I was able to create a punchy design which balanced the content with exciting imagery. I drew inspiration from the game, creating custom borders, patterns and containers to hold the content throughout the mailer. The outcome received positive feedback and a great audience response for click-through.
